What is the process?
After our "Right Fit" meeting, we will have our Clarity Session and map out your strategy. Afterwards, , we will send a write-up of the process/plan via e-mail.
What if I have to reschedule?
Life happens to the best of us. We allow a single rescheduled appointment up to an additional 3 weeks from the original scheduled date.
Can I Zoom via a Mobile device?
Yes but a desktop is preferred so you can share your screen/desktop, if necessary.
What do I need for the Zoom session?
Typically, having username and passwords to reference sites during the Zoom Call maybe helpful. Otherwise, just you.
How far out can I schedule my session?
The session should be conducted within 3 weeks from purchase. Please take note of the reschedule and refund policy.
What is the Refund Policy?
Refunds excluding a 10% charge to cover fees will only be issued if a rescheduled date cannot be conducted after at least one rescheduled attempt.
